Donna is a documentary filmmaker whose projects range from feature length films to series television. As president of Reel Time Images, an independent production company known for its award winning documentary and television programs she oversees the development and production of a number of projects. She recently developed the series Enigma for VisionTV which explores some of the mysteries of esoteric beliefs.
Donna is currently in production on a one hour documentary for CBC’s The Nature of Things that examines the pros and cons that make up the 50 year history of the nuclear power debate. She is also in production on the first episode of a three part series that investigates how the newest methods in forensics will soon be used to solve crimes.
As well as working as an independent producer, Donna has consulted for numerous production companies and has served as the Director of Factual Production for Alliance Atlantis in Toronto, where she formed part of the management team for the unit as well has overseeing the operations of all factual production.
She has produced, directed and written many programs for broadcasters in Canada and around the world.
